Because wind turbines are located in high altitudes open terrain, such as mountains, plains, and slopes, as well as in offshore applications, they must be marked with obstruction lights both day and night to prevent them from threatening flight safety. GEMTA GUIS-DN-02a-WR-WTG Aircraft Warning Systems are designed and manufactured for wind turbine projects with a medium intensity of 20,000 cd during the day and 2,000 cd at night. With integrated GPS sensors, all obstruction lights operate synchronously, communicating via satellite. GEMTA Aircraft Warning Systems are manufactured in accordance with ICAO and FAA standards.
